How It All Started
We opened 900 Degrees Brick Oven Pizza in 2010 right here in Purcellville, Virginia. It wasn’t our first go at running a restaurant—many locals still remember our earlier spots like Mario’s on 21st Street. But this time, we wanted to bring something different to town: real, brick oven pizza made with care and tradition.
A True Family Restaurant
900 Degrees isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a family-run place where community, quality, and good food come together. From the beginning, my wife Diana and I worked side by side, and our five kids jumped in wherever they were needed—at the counter, in the kitchen, or serving guests with a smile. Today, Diana and I are still here every day, and our two youngest now work part-time, continuing the family tradition.

Our pizza is inspired by classic Italian methods—cooked in a real wood-fired brick oven at 900 degrees. That’s how we get the crisp, charred crust and deep flavor you won’t find anywhere else nearby. Every recipe we use comes from years of family experience and heritage.
